Earth Mama Angel Baby is celebrating 10 years of bringing safe and all natural products to moms and babies. I have to say that my most favorite product that I've tried is the Natural Nipple Butter. It is the most versatile product I've found. I would suggest that if you are pregnant and thinking about breastfeeding, that you have this on hand for your very first feeding. It is so nice to use because it works really well to keep away cracks and soreness. Also, you know that it is safe for you and your baby. You don't have to worry about having to wash it off! The Calendula soothes and heals your tender skin. The natural, organic oils keep your nipples soft and the skin healthy. The old belief that you need to 'toughen up' your nipples is just plain wrong. They need to be pampered and kept soft so that the whole process will be much more comfortable for you. It also helps your baby's lips too. When babies are new, they grow so quickly that their skin sheds from around their lips and I have found that the nipple butter helps keep their lips from getting too dry.
I just LOVE their packaging! |
Natural Nipple Butter is great for other uses too. My favorite story is about my Dad. He gets really bad chapped lips in the winter time. He's tried almost everything for it. (Right now he likes Burts Bees balms.) He was at my house one day and asked if I had anything for chapped lips. So I opened my jar and held it out for him to dip his finger in. He put it on his lips and really liked it. A little while later he asked me what it was because it was working SO well for him. When I told him it was my nipple cream, he scrunched his face and said, "Oh gee!" It was so funny to see him squirm a little.
The Natural Nipple Butter is great for chapped lips. It also works wonders on chapped or dry skin too. Rough elbows? Yep it works. I have an eczema spot on the side of my breast that really bothers me when I am breastfeeding. The skin is constantly getting stretched and is hard to heal. I get so much relief when I use the nipple butter on it.

To be honest I would just really like to try the nipple butter, I stopped breast feeding a year ago and my daughter is almost 2, but nothing about my body is the same, especially my nipples. They got so chapped this winter, that it actually looks like a chapped lip, it made my husband say OMG. LOL sorry if that was TMI
